I visited Extra Space Storage on Baychester Avenue to retrieve some hangers and books that I had stored away, but apparently there was a lock on my unit that wasn’t my own. Thankfully, Irene was able to help me get the lock off in a timely manner and clearly explain to me that it was placed there when there were some issue with my payments that I was sorting out.
