The staff at the 71st and Michigan location in Indianapolis was very friendly and knowledgeable about the spaces they had available. They were willing to show me around and let me check out different unit types in order to see which one fit my needs the best. I am overall extremely pleased with my experience and I feel very comfortable storing my belongings!
