We've used the Penn Ave facility for a year and finally emptied out the unit. However, the entire time we've been treated really well, our unit was always secure and the way we left it. when we did have an issue, we were called to be made aware- which we really appreciated. This particular facility has ALWAYS been clean, neat, and well- kept. We've never felt unsafe in the area. w Were absolutely would use this facility again ever we need storage space again.

The building is very clean, well lit and very secure. The people that work there are friendly, polite and understanding. they work with you if you talk to them and keep them informed. They're able to assist you more than what you would believe.

Bill who runs this location was just fantastic in helping us get what we needed. I called him from out of state and he secured my unit. He even gave us tips in storing a bed. All in all I highly recommend this location

Great place to store stuff for students. Able to fit bed, couch (on end), kitchen table and chairs, bureau, end tables, 2 desks, and loads of boxes (1 bedroom appt) in a 5x7 unit. Heated in winter, but no A/C over summer though. Thank you Bill for walking us through the options, giving us a tour, showing us the ropes, and making the rental a breeze!

The manager, Bill, in the Pittsburgh Penn Street location is absolutely the best!! He makes storing easy. He is patient with novice clients, fast, efficient, truly perfect service! Highly recommend this storage location for students. Bill made sure that our student had all the space she required. We also use this company in Southern California and get great service there too!

Very helpful and pleasant staff! ( Especially Michelle) The security here seems so much better than at the typical drive-up garages: You have to enter your code not just to get join the building, but also to go up in the elevator, and during the daytime at least, a staff person has a very clear view of everyone going in or out. Six or so carts are available for use, so it makes it quite easy to move large items such as couches into your storage area. The free truck for moving in is a very nice bonus, too.
