Employee was very helpful, easy access and rates were good
This is my 3rd stay at ExtraSpace Storage since 2011 and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They've always had a GREAT staff; courteous and extremely helpful with decisions the client is required to make; and, they make it all so smooth and quick; and clients need all these things when packing up their lives.The staff has changed many times since 2011, but the service is always consistent. I have no idea who hires your employees; but I highly recommend giving them a raise and a BIG bonus and let some of that flow down to the front... read more

It was a great experience. It was my first time renting a storage spot. The representative was very helpful and walked me through everything and explained it all as we went. I actually had to get a bigger space then I originally thought I needed. It was available and we were able to move the boat right when we got there,
