Britnie is AMAZING !!! Best storage manager I’ve ever had of any company!! Here’s why: She’s a happy, friendly person! She smiles when she greets you (even through the mask). She works diligently with her customers to give them the best option for their storage needs. This retains customer loyalty against other competitors. When faced with other tenants that violate the storage policies, she accommodates those affected by their actions. I think she’s on track to becoming a great District Manager! Promote her!!!
