Price for unit started at $52/month, but by Year 3 jumped to $85/month (an unconscionable increase - around 20%/year) and they did away with the free month when paying on an annual basis. Manager promised several times to help me find lower priced (smaller unit), but as available units came available, she never contacted me. Also, as they clean up the property with blowers, my unit was covered inside with dirt, leaves and debris.
