Awful. Mean. Sneaky. After renting three 10x10 units, they jumped our rent up $40 each after 3 months. Now it’s been 6 months and they’ve gone up another $60! I am desperately looking for a cheaper alternative. I will NEVER rent from them again.

Do you normally let someone other than the credit card user use another person's credit card to rent a storage unit? Then refuse to stop charges when the card holder calls to tell you that they didn't authorize the charges? Especially when the card holder didn't sign any paperwork or have their name anywhere on the account? This happened to me at the Summer Ave location.
