The best customer service I’ve experienced. The agent was friendly and took the time to get to know us. Originally we had a 3rd floor storage, but I expressed how I’d prefer a first floor since it was easier to bring in and take out storage, therefor the agent offered us the first floor storage he originally showed us to get an idea what a 5x10 looks like. Aside from the app issues with online booking, I give 4 stars because of the „free“ lock thats provided. Nothing is „free“, just built i to the price of the Unit. It would be better to have it as an option. This is also because the lock, gives instructions to re-set and all customers are given one. This means anyone renting there knows how to easily re set anyone else’s lock. So id rather have that $20 to go buy a lock for myself.
