Aside from the app issues with online booking, I give 4 stars because of the „free“ lock thats provided. Nothing is „free“, just built i to the price of the Unit. It would be better to have it as an option. This is also because the lock, gives instructions to re-set and all customers are given one. This means anyone renting there knows how to easily re set anyone else’s lock. So id rather have that $20 to go buy a lock for myself.
