I have been a customer here for over 5 years! Never had an issue.. I went in last week to buy boxes for a move, the gentleman in there was so helpful! He was asking what I was packed exactly so I was buying the right boxes.. well after explaining my situation and where exactly I was moving.. he said he had a bunch of totes from a unit he cleaned out he would GIVE me..
