Rochelle was absolutely fantastic helping me with my storage needs! She wasn't pushy and helped me get exactly what I needed. She's super friendly and a great asset to the company! We were joking the whole time, she's a sweetheart. I highly recommend them.
I’ve had an interior, climate-controlled unit on the fourth floor at this location for four years now. I’ve used several storage places over the years, and this is facility is by far the nicest. The location itself is easily accessible, the buildings are clean and well lit, and parking is never an issue. The building has a large bay door, very easy to drive up to, with a substantial overhead covered area allowing easy access even in inclement weather. There are not enough words to describe how awesome Rochelle is. After a phone call asking her help and advice with my unit she made me feel at ease. She helped me access my unit today since I have not been in it in over 8 months. She is professional, detailed but also is compassionate to her clients.
Extra Space Storage located at 6005 Airline Drive in Metaire is outstanding. The initial rental process was easy as it could all be handled online. The outside grounds are maintained well and the inside units are kept clean with adequate lighting which is a big plus. Carts are in place to help transport items. The manager Rochelle is a God send.
