He showed me the unit (which exceeded my expectations...very clean! Climate controlled), explained the terms of the rental agreement and got me signed up. Great, customer service is awesome. Always clean, if you're looking for a well lit storage though you might want to go for something outside rather then inside. Inside lights are a bit dull otherwise great unit I love mines.
The online reservation was very helpful and the employee at the facility was very friendly and helpful.
