Great company with well equipped space
I needed to make a quick move of my personal belongings and they were very helpful in helping me with selecting the right size unit. I was able to move things in immediately.
The associates were very helpful to me in getting my storage unit set up for me to start moving my things in immediately after work.
The managers Beverly and Katya are extremely friendly and helpful. They were very efficient and honest. Much appreciated!
My husband and are considered elders! The attendant made the whole process simple and easy! She even help me fill out all necessary paperwork! I needed easy! And we got just that!!!! Easy! The only Problem we have with the entrance is... the slides latch on the unit is rusty and hard to open, the unit size is great, also the location!
Great customer service when attempting to find another storage company due moving to another state
I give would give Extra Space storage a 10 star rating if I could.. from the online reservation to my in store wrap up. I must say was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while. No pressure, the walk through everything was superb.. I am a customer for life

Katya was very patient and personable while helping me set up my service. The in-store rep (forgot his name) was also very patient with my questions and polite in his response. The property is pristine and my unit is very easy to access.
