Fantastic costumer service . Great prices
Price, location and cleanliness are excellent at the Germantown location. Staff were very helpful upon move in , even took the time to show me different units based on my needs, and I found the one I needed at a good reasonable price and decided to rent it . Everything was explained as far as fees , insurance , codes, hours etc. I’ve have units at different locations for the past 3 years and this location has surpassed all of my last experience with other storage companies .
