Great customer service by Scott and Kim. The property was clean, the storage unit was clean, Kim even went to sweep the unit even though I said it looked good. You can tell Kim takes pride in maintaining the property and providing good customer service. Thank you Kim and Scott.

Meets my need for extra space. New Pod storage, helps to clear out things that I no longer use and pending how to give away, donate or sell…. But the storage is convenient for my purposes… Kim is very personable and represents the type of customer service you really respect.

Kim is awesome. She helped me tremendously. when I had to unexpectedly get a unit and I had to move; my moving truck didn’t show up for an interstate move. Every time I’ve come to the facility she’s always been very helpful and goes out of her way to help me and I’ve seen her interact with other customers and address their concerns immediately.
