The office manager was friendly, explained everything to me from rental and insurance available. The booking area was clean, Covid compliant, displayed packing boxes etc. manager took me and showed storage area. Building clean and secure.
Place is clean, huge, cheaper then most. Very friendly and indoors.
Quick and easy process. Friendly customer service (especially at the call center level!)
Walter helped me within the time we spent and listened to My needs and explained My options. Very nice man Made it easy

It is very bright where you are not afraid to be alone on the floor. Carts are readily available. Climate controlled.
