They are very nice and helpful.
I shopped EVERY storage company in town, literally, and they all seemed secure, clean and professional but ExtraSpace had the best prices, except for one other company. That other company had an on-site living manager (but they still had gates with personal gate codes, cameras, etc...) so their hours were only 8 AM to 7 PM, closed on holidays and closed on Sundays.
