I have to say this has to be the best Storage ever I printed storages throughout my life, but this location every single employee there is always so helpful but today I went in and I had a slight issue and Claudio was able to help me he resolved it he made it smooth. He went above and beyond him even though I've always had a good experience at this location makes me wanna stay longer

Thank you to the kind person working at the front desk who was so helpful and patient with handling a storage unit transfer. Have you ever tried to transfer a storage unit? I have before in the past, and it was not easy! Due to privacy and safety concerns, quite a number of (usually in-person) hoop jumping is required to change the owner of a storage unit. I was initially very upset at the idea of using a storage unit after our move. That changed instantly from the moment I encountered the employees in the office. I accidentally reserved more than one unit and instead of being rude he laughed it off and we moved on. So far so good! We were renting from a competitor with outlandish fees. I checked into Extra Space. They always seem to have awesome specials and what a relief! We've saved $100 with the move and have more space! The customer service rep was very helpful as well. Thank you ES for making this super easy and offering customers great rates!!
This was a long distance move. Josh helped us get set up at our local location, got us our codes to arrive after hours. It is very clean and safe area. Service is excellent
