Excellent communication and support from the first minute I called about renting a space for my RV until I signed the rental agreement. I called 2 different store locations and they both were superb on their customer service skills. In one word to describe the service at this location “Perfect” I will look for any of your brands whenever the need for rental space needed. Thank again.

We moved from Boston to NJ and I am so glad we found extra space storage! When I called to just get information James was very thorough and knowledgeable and followed up with any questions we had since we were storing our entire apartment for a few months. The facility was very clean and felt new and I could feel the AC keeping everything temperature controlled. The security door was nice too and there were plenty of dollies available for unloading. I feel very safe with our stuff here!
