The store manager Michael Pensinger II was very professional, competent, had great manners, was thoughtful, considerate, respectful, friendly, helpful, answered all questions, got everything done needed, and so therefore we were very appreciative/ thankful to work with him, would like for him to be the helper in the future and would highly recommend him for other people who need assistance.
