WORST, most UNETHICAL storage place around. Gave my move-out notice via their app a few months back after their already high prices went up, was forced to buy their insurance (I was in a sticky situation and rental units were hard to come by at the time and I needed the space). Now get a call today saying I owe hundreds of dollars and will be sent to collections if I don't pay. They can pound sand, I'm not paying their fees, this is nothing short of extortion.
