I cannot say enough good things about Barry at the 111 Shofield Road location in Columbus OH. He is unfailingly patient, kind, and accommodating, and he always brings a pleasant personality to every interaction. Barry truly is one in a million in the service industry, and he makes the entire experience at Extra Space Storage seamless and positive. Highly recommended!

In store staff was very helpful and courteous during my experience. Answered all my questions. Highly recommend Extra Storage. We have another unit at another location and the same goes for the staff there as well.
