I have a unit at the Stone Mountain, GA location and have gotten behind in my fees. The site manager Jessica McKensie graciously took her time and patience to explain my options to me so everything could work out in my favor. I'm so appreciative of the level of empathy and respect she displayed. In a time where it seems customer service is scarce, Mrs. Mckensie is a definite exception and an asset to the Extra Space team.
