Sam & Eboni were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! They were easy to work with and displayed a level of patience that put my anxiety at ease. I would like to commend Jackie on her customer service. Any time I've had a problem (finding my unit or getting in the gate) she's always been very pleasant . The buildings are clean and well maintained. The reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because of the cost. After having my items in the smallest unit for about 6 months, the cost went up from $100.00 to $115.00 which I thought was unreasonable so I won't be using Extra Space Storage or recommending it to friends.
