It was VERY cean. Everything worked great. It was a bit annoying to have to put the key code in every time we entered, especially when holding a heavy piece of furniture. Also, it is expensive compared to other places, but the 2nd month free option made it affordable.
This is my second storage unit at this facility and I am always pleased
The building is very clean & secure. The staff is helpful & professional.
The staff at the location in Hoover, Al. was professional and courteous. The facility was very clean and smelled good. It was obvious that the employees took pride in their jobs and were very respectful. It was nice to do a business deal with a solid handshake and a good look at the persons eyes. That says a lot about a persons character.
Ann was extremely helpful when it came to helping me decide on the size I needed. I love that the building is locked and climate controlled. I'd recommend this unit to others.
