The Assistant Manager was friendly, helpful, and professional.
My customer service experience was very friendly. She made sure I understood everything about what I was signing, how the storage unit is accessed, how to lock the unit, and she told me where to locate a dolly if needed. She had a very friendly tone and was extremely patient.

Simple process, and so far so good. The area was very clean, secure, and well kept. Tammy was excellent with helping me secure this space 800 miles away, and we were able to move in easily, without issue.
