When I think about storage, I imagine dark, dusty and smelly. However this is not the case, it was my first experience at a storage and it was amazing! The customer service was outstanding, the place is tidy, the process smooth and perfect. I highly recommend this place!

Customer Service (Good & Excellent) is very important to me and cleanliness is also important to me. Both must be present and Michelle and Terry were both were a true representation of what I was looking for... Easy to work with and knew their business well and was able to explain it with ease and its entirety. Not easily found with other companies in this LOB(s)....

I was greeted upon entering store. Immediately all the right questions were asked and answered. It was put in computer and then given gate code and had zero issues. I was offered additional supplies and now know what is provided if need more. Thank you Michele for your assistance and genuine concern for my needs.
