Service was fast, professional, courteous, clean and sanitary and throughout the building even though this stupid pandemic Kim has building clean and she was was very helpful in answering all of my questions. I have recommended ESS to Friends and Family to come in and use storage at this location. Thanks Kim 👍🏼👍🏼

After two months they doubled my rate saying I was on a promo rate. No where did it say I was on a promo rate. Predatory business tactics. I recommend you look elsewhere
