The one in Springfield had very friendly and accommodating staff. Out of my entire moving experience, this company was by far the best service. Didn’t run into any problems with them.

Staff is absolutely wonderful. I had an issue after hours with my lock and by the next morning, they had observed, corrected and contacted me to keep my belongings safe. I am more than impressed with the professional attitude and client contact. Highly Recommend

Storage unit is roomy and easy to find. Building is safe and comfortable. I was able to get everything I needed to move my things into the storage unit.
Helpful and accommodating facility manager. Wide choice of spaces and prices. Easy rental process, Convenient location and access hours. Clean, bright, climate-controlled facility. Seems a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.
