DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I signed up with an internet special. And after 3 months they doubled my rent, telling me there is fine print in the contract that allows them to raise rent at their discretion. They simple have to send you a 30 day notice they are raising it. Taking advantage that all your stuff is moved in and are forced to deal with it. Super shady tactic.
