DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I signed up with an internet special. And after 3 months they doubled my rent, telling me there is fine print in the contract that allows them to raise rent at their discretion. They simple have to send you a 30 day notice they are raising it. Taking advantage that all your stuff is moved in and are forced to deal with it. Super shady tactic. The sales rep Steve should have at minimum been required to mention this, especially since it is such an extreme price hike. Sad that they pedicate their busine... read more
