The staff is so friendly and helpful. They got me set up in a couple hours and explained everything to me. I even got a map to my storage unit. I didnâ€™t get the air conditioned unit, but itâ€™s still nice and cool inside my unit so Iâ€™m not concerned about my stuff at all! Lots of camera and security. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage place.

Customer service was exceptional, and very unpressured environment. I think what really made it though was that I had actually just turned up on a Saturday when they were closing (which I hadn't realized). The store rep was still very happy to assist, offering to stay late to help me get my paperwork finished. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
