Very satisfied with out experience so far. Staff has been very helpful and professional. When we came onsite to choose our unit, the manager was polite and helpful and showed us different units. All units were clean and well maintained. So far, so good.

I've been skimming over a few reviews and to the negative input, I as a customer at Extra SPACE STORAGE on 23rd st on Granby of Norfolk V.A., am compelled to guarantee the negative reviews MUST BE INREGARDS TO A LOCATION IVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED. My current location has proven to be the most Spacious, customer service trained,skilled and tenacious in areas from the most tedious ( such as keeping the customer restroom Sterilized and stocked) to ensuring however much property you have will be accommodated and incomparably afford... read more

I think its vital and relevant importance to emphasis, extra space storage @ the 2301 location is exceptional because the staff and owner prove that they empathize with the obvious facts of all their customers apparently going through a trying moment in their life and having to part with their most precious personal properties is at times very traumatic and not some 'Enjoyable Activity'. This is 3189...Thanks so much for your professionalism , patience and ability to assist with this unwarranted readjustment.

Please do not use them. If I can give them no stars I would. They increase the rates randomly on you by $40 several times. We have four storages and they tell us they have a right to increase it randomly. Unethical company.
