Great staff. Clean, secure facility.
This facility is clean, safe and reliable. I feel very certain that my storage unit is in great hands. Also, Rhonda in the front office is extremely helpful and friendly. I would say this is the best storage facility in the area as I have used them twice and would definitely use them again in the future.
When i first call the customer service was very polite and patient in my rental process never seem rushed at the time even thought i had a lot of distractions going on with me that day. After hanging up the phone with her i had to call back and change my card and she was so polite. Thank you for been patient with me.

Great customer service! The location is well maintained and easy to navigate. This was my first time using self storage and I am so satisfied with my choice!
The main reasons I rented with Extra Space was because they had a smaller storage unit available and the location was conveninet to my commute. Not even a week into my rental, Staff has been friendly and helpful, security seems more than adaquate (codes are required to enter through gates and into building), storange facility is clean, elevator was clean and working, carts were available at entrance for loading/unloading. The promotional offer was a nice bonus.
