Recommendedcustomer service is above average however I would not sign another self storage contract without a set price for fixed amount of time is the price increased over $100 throughout the course of a year and a half.

Michael and Brittany have been fantastic! The financial office on the other hand has been horrific! They took money out of my bank account that was not needed, I am now bringing my lawyer into the situation to try and get my money back. This has caused me to miss other scheduled payments I have as well and rendering me hopeless as to when my money will be returned. I am extremely pissed off, and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone else
