RecommendedMy husband and I have been very satisfied with our experience with Extra Space Storage. The place is always clean and well maintained, with several carts to move stuff in and out of our unit. When we need to talk with the manager and co-manager, they are always very friendly and willing to help. A few days ago, we decided to downsize to a different storage unit, and were very pleased with the whole procedure. We feel confident and secure in our choice to use the Extra Space Storage on Harban Ct in Irmo, SC.

Do your research into extraspace storage if you are renting online. If you rent online the web rate listed and the in store rate are very different. I wondered how they could offer this difference at first. However I now know how they do this. There is a clause that states they can change the rate due to market conditions with 30 days notice. My rate is increasing to the Instore rate (100% increase) after just a few months. Nowhere in the rental does it state there is a term or promotional rate. If you do your research... read more
