Judy Scott - Falls Church, Va location I have had a problem for several months with not being able to sign in to my account. A problem that I created partly by having two emails which confused my “sign in “ to reset my password. Rosa Ovando (at the Hollywood location in Falls Church) very happily tried to help by going into my account but had the same problem. Rodolfo, the store manager, is fantastic. It really captures the idea of what it means to provide customer service. Fast, easy and smooth transaction. It has been a phenomenal experience and I recommend Extra Space Storage to everyone. The facility has easy access and also very clean.
