RecommendedI can't say enough good things about Omar! The number of times he's helped me is honestly countless. He's always so kind, patient, understanding, and willing to go above and beyond to help. I genuinely wish more people in customer service were like him! He's one of the biggest reasons I've stayed loyal to this location. Thank you, Omar, for always being so awesome and making things easier for me and my family 😊

RecommendedSo I came into the facility, ready to cancel and move all my stuff to a different storage unit. The management at this facility worked with me through all of the issues that I had. I now have two storage units there and I am very happy with all the service I’ve received I went from a zero star person ready to move out to a five star happy customer just thought I’d let you know.
