Brent was our customer representative. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Whole process was quick and easy.
Bret was curious and answered all my questions. He was very expeditious to get my lease set up. Update: I intended up not needing the space size I needed after a month. However, I was interested in a smaller unit. Bret was great in terms of giving me a pro-rated refund and setting me up with a new unit.
