People were very friendly and helpful. The property and storage locker were a bit dated and old but very functional and mostly clean and well lighted. I didn’t give them 5 stars because of the surprise $11 per month insurance fee.
Excellent customer service, your telephone representative was very courteous and pleasant, that was very inviting andI felt very comfortable the moment I stepped into the office.
