I currently have a storage unit but need an additional one due to my volunteer work. Victoria had helped me with my first one and since I was extremely happy with her assistance, the hours, location, cleanliness, I decided to rent my 2nd one there also. Theo helped me and was extremely helpful and understanding as I needed it right away. The representatives are very helpful and explained everything in detail. I completed everything online and the response were very fast. The whole process was very efficient. I'm a very satisfied customer!
