I recommend the Worker at the front entrance, her name is Ivy and she was professional and courteous and attentive and more than willing to assist in anyway. I used a locker for 6 mon. I live 600 miles away from Pgh. but felt very good about how I was notified about what was happening there. Construction on roads, lock on incorrect etc. Very professional and very clean . I found the employees to be very helpful. Was happy with my experience.

It was a fine storage place. People easy to reach and nice to talk to. One bad thing was a pretty substantial price increase after a few months of being there. We have now removed everything. But I still would recommend, if storage is needed.
