This was my fist time ever renting a storage unit and let me tell you , I am up hauled at what they did to my unit!! I asked to speak corporate and they told me there was no corprate. I was lied to on the phone by an employee, so wound up paying a visit after work and boy did the lie on my unit lease whomever wrote it up. They claim there was no additional contact, well on my lease my fiancee number is listed as additional contact..My lease had an address on it from 4 or 5 years ago, now mind u I got this unit my be 9 mon... read more
