great customer-service; clean storage

BEWARE do not store at the Huntersville NC location. The Manager SHE is Deceitful and malicious. Do not trust her. She befriend me didn't notify and sold my unit during COVID . WARNING!! Do not store at this location the Manager is unprofessional!! I AM IN NY - MIND YOU 9 HRS AWAY SHE ROBBED ME & MY FAMILY OF OUR BEDS AND ITHINK THEY DID SOMETHING CONCERNING MY ID BECAUSE I HAD A PROBLEM TRUST ME "DO NOT STORE WITH THIS COMPANY THEY GET YOU IN AT A CHEAP PRICE AND START ROBBING YOU FORWARD.
