Friendly, clean. I was able to go online reserve a unit, and someone contacted me within 24 hrs. The staff was very helpful with my paperwork and explaining everything. Not only was I able to store my personal belongings, I was also able to store my vehicle.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Extra Space Storage! Jay and Trish were so helpful in answering all my questions or speaking to my specific concerns. Reasonable price, clean environment and very genuine with their clients.
The staff was professional, well informed, quick, took time to not just explain options, also ensured our questions were answered. We felt respected and the staff cared about us and the process. We came back next day and rented another unit, first rental was a RV 50ft parking spot.

Everybody I spoke with was nice and friendly. They always wanted to make sure they were telling me correct information even if they didnt have the answer.
Trish was extremely helpful with the transition! Open communication the whole process. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience moving into unit.
