omg I'm so very thankful and was so welcomed by Jessica at extra space storage I was very overwhelmed and she put me at ease I was throwing my son's pillow into the storage so I can just throw it on top it's a lightweight thing and somehow I manage to put the pillow into the storage next to me because there was a small Gap and that pillow just slid right through it like a frisbee and thankfully she got in touch with the person and I am able to get the pillow back for my son great service great people
