The email confirming my rental agreement stated that I would receive an email with my gate PIN on the day before my agreement was scheduled to start. I did not. When I got to the unit, I discovered that the only way to secure my unit was this measly little cylinder lock they provided. I brought my own tamper-resistant padlock but there was no effective way to apply it. Not happy at all about these two issues.

Had storage unit for 1.5 months when moving to a new home. When went back to get belongings our stuff had been infested with mice. There was mice feces and urine all over our stuff. It ruined many of our time personal belongings, some not replaceable. Very frustrated with the management at the Florence KY facility that knew there had been a problem near by and didn’t inform us.
