I picked extra space based on the reviews, everyone keep speaking of jay.....so i went and i saw what all the praise was about, jay knows his job and does it very well.

I gave 5 stars because the manager went above and beyond to find me the best deal and to make it as cheap as it possibly could be. Also he had everything set up for me the following day when I went to put my stuff in storage. My lock and keys were ready and waiting for me plus he informed the woman that would be working when I got there about everything so she knew who I was before I even got out of the car

I reached out to them on-line and an associate called me within an hour to discuss renting the storage unit. She was very friendly and professional, explained everything I needed to know including how to fill out the contract. When I arrived, a gentleman met me at my unit (with a mask on) to see if I needed anything and showed me how to use the lock. It was a very easy process!! Thank you!
