Extra Space, this specific location, is currently holding my newly deceased father’s personal items hostage. The manager Henry won’t release the items because of an outstanding balance incurred while my father was hospitalized, DYING, and not working, thus making it impossible for him to pay a storage bill. The unit is sold as a whole in auction, it is not sold item per item since we only show a picture of what you can see from the front of the unit when you open it.
