Extra Space Storage is not a good operation! The process in getting a rental was painstaking. 5 days after my rental… the elevator broke whereas I couldn’t access my rental unit that I paid for in advance. The manager on duty offered no solution. Once I pressed her about it… she offered to refund me $3.31 for not being able to access my unit for the time being. Then offered to transfer me to another unit after I kicked and screamed, but wanted me to pay an additional $26.00 for THAT! THEN, had me wait outside while she ser... read more
