We had had our stuff stored for about a year and when the movers moved it out we discovered a ton of water bugs (big cockroaches) scurrying about. Luckily we packed pretty well but we will be slow to move our stuff into our new home to avoid bringing cockroaches in with it.

after being in my storage space for 3 MONTHS!! the company decided to raise my rent from $184.00 - $263.00!!!! WTF ?? ALMOST 50% UP CHARGE!!!! Reason: "market conditions" so, when the surrounding storage areas are full, where are u going to go right ??? I guess they think the got u by the short hairs ! NOT ME!!!! GFYS extra space......

i had a 3 month move in special and one month was taken away and now after another 2 months, they have raised my rates...so within 5 months, i have been told the rising cost and this that and the other...well my 2 cents, poor customer service, sorry company told by them, 'nothing is guaranteed', well one thing is, my moving out of this sorry companies facility
