I was apprehensive about storing my car, but Extra Space has been perfect. Very efficient, well organized and neat premises. It is convenient to downtown and has amazing security. The employees have been available, courteous and extremely helpful. Primarily I have spoken to Alex and a shout out to him as a supreme employee. John R
I had to find a storage unit last minute, I called them up and within 30 minutes they had a large clean unit ready for me! The representative on the phone was extremely helpful/ explained all the up front costs and policies. When I got to the unit the staff was super helpful and friendly- they showed me right to the unit. Two months later we moved everything out and once again the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent from them again.

Great experience overall! Simple process, friendly staff and easy/fast set up all around. Happy to have found this place in a pinch, because they delivered on all fronts.
I have had two great experiences with Extra Storage. One in Taylorsville with Manager Celeste, and then in Salt Lake with Fritz. Both have been extremely helpful, found me just what I needed and the prices are just right. I really appreciate it when people go a little out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction.
Reached out to Extra Space. They lowered my rate from $395 to $361.00. CubeSmart has same size down the street with same access for $193.80 for 6 months and $270.00 for second 6 months. A savings of $2042.00 a year! Manager at ES told me they use an algorithm to price units. Headed to CubeSmart!

My father was moving had a Menlo Park it was hot that day and he said somebody can die in there he's got the hospital bill for over $15,000 and the car was broken into and items were removed computers laptops TV all because a girl thought I hit my father was trying to commit suicide we have written to corporate office ignored we have called corporate office ignored we called district manager ignored. I'm disappointed with the pricing. After shopping around online and comparing a number of facilities I chose to go here, as it was conveniently located near me. The problem I have is that nowhere do they mention that a mandatory insurance policy is required to rent the unit. So in addition to the rate they quoted me you have to add on another 16$ a month.
